These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Pulse Fencing Limited through shop.pulsefencing.co.nz. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product colours, packaging, specifications and appearance may vary slightly from images or supplier information. Availability can change without notice.

Some products may be offered on backorder or special order. Where this applies, the product page or order information will indicate that the item is not currently held in stock and may have a longer fulfilment time.

3. Orders

An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
